Working with the author of This Other Eden – The Unauthorised History of Wishaw High School, we were responsible for composition, formatting, publishing and distribution of the book.

Starting with hundreds of pages of typewritten and handwritten notes as well as an original copy of the book, we first scanned these using specialist software which enabled us to convert the scanned images to an electronic text format that we could then work with to complete the book. Providing accurate editing and composition for a book running to over 600 pages was a task that our team enjoyed working on.

Many of the pictures used in the book, being over 80 years old, were of such poor quality we had to digitally repair and enhance these before publication.

All graphic design including; school badges, emblems and the book cover were also provided by our design team, giving the book a unique appearance but instantly recognisable on the shelf when seen from a distance.
